Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed against the agreed project scope and work completed.

Before work begins

If you cancel before work begins, we will review your payment and refund the unused amount after any already incurred and clearly communicated non-recoverable expenses.

After work begins

Completed or delivered work is chargeable. We will assess any unused balance against completed milestones, committed expenses and the written agreement.

Third-party expenses

Domain, hosting, advertising and subscription payments follow the provider’s refund terms. We cannot refund amounts a third party does not return.

Request a review

Email patilmadhav0022@gmail.com with your name, payment reference, purchased service and reason. We will reply with the decision and any eligible amount. An agreed project-specific refund schedule takes precedence, subject to applicable law.
